The stability of your UPS is dependent on ensuring proper proactive maintenance. Precise Power is committed to providing comprehensive power quality solutions. It is the individual responsibility of our entire Precise Power team to provide reliable service and peace of mind to our customers who have made a major investment in a UPS to protect their critical load applications. In order to ensure your uptime availability, Precise Power offers service solutions including preventive maintenance, digital supervision and emergency response on mission critical power protection systems.

Maintenance Agreements
Precise Power offers full coverage contracts on a variety of manufacturer equipment including Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (static & rotary), batteries (VRLA & flooded), Power distribution units, power conditioners, automatic transfer switches, and motor generators.

7x24 On-Site Service provides unlimited emergency response coverage 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with (2) major preventive maintenance inspections performed annually during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm). Includes dedicated response time. All travel, parts and labor are covered under this agreement.
Off Hour On-Site Service provides 7 days a week, 24 hours a day unlimited emergency service with (2) major preventive maintenance inspections performed annually, Mon-Sat, 24 hours a day. Includes dedicated response time. All travel, parts and labor are covered under this agreement.
Customer Convenience On-Site Service provides unlimited emergency service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with (2) major preventive maintenance inspections performed annually at the time most convenient for the customer. Includes dedicated response time. All travel, parts and labor are covered under this agreement.
Preventive Maintenance agreement provides two (2) scheduled PM visits annually performed during normal business hours. Emergency response service is invoiced at the contracted customer labor rate and discounted parts.
Digital Maintenance is offered in conjunction with the DigiTech service and is further validated with incorporation of battery monitoring system. Provides 7x24 remote system verification, (1) major preventive maintenance inspection every 24 months, on-site emergency response invoiced at the contracted customer labor rate and discounted parts. Customer will receive bi-annual service reports and preemptive component replacement notification.

Emergency Dispatch Service
The preventive maintenance options provided by Precise Power are designed to eliminate emergency situations. However, Precise Power offers an around-the-clock emergency on-call dispatch service. Our service engineers will respond with immediate action to critical situations.
